  1. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

According to the rules, it’s recommended not to cut trademarks or tags immediately when you receive goods. Check and try them on without cutting the trademarks or tags.

Please note that the following items are beyond ZAFUL’s Return Policy: clearance items, discounted items, intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, earrings, and all items listed under the swimwear, hair accessories and beauty categories.

Size problem

Size problem is universal for each e-commerce company. Take a closer look at ZAFUL’s size charts. It is better to choose your size based on the size chart and measurements, unique for each product and offered on each product page right next to the sizes.

Moreover, different products on ZAFUL come from different suppliers. Therefore, when you are looking for your size, make sure you choose on the basis of your BWH (bust, waist, and hip) measurements as well as ZAFUL’s Size Guide.
