It is very important that you understand our shipping process so that you have a better idea of delivery times. This will allow you to create a general timeline as to when your package will arrive.

Total Shipping Times
ZAFUL offers two different shipping methods to meet your needs:
Expedited Shipping – 6-10 business days (slightly varies across countries)
Standard Shipping – 8-25 business days (slightly varies across countries)
When checking out, you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method on the order information page.
Standard Shipping estimates that your order will be delivered between 8 and 25 business days after it has been processed and shipped out. Expedited Shipping ensures that your order will be delivered between 6 and 10 business days after it has been processed and shipped out.
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
Please note that processing can take between 3 and 10 business days and is NOT included in the expected shipping time. When considering processing times, your delivery time could be extended by up to 10 days. Please take this into consideration when placing your order, especially if you need to receive the package before a certain date.
Why does processing take so long?
Once we receive your order, there is a processing time period before the order is shipped out. During this time period, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks to ensure that the product is a quality product. We must also pack the product and complete paperwork. Here at ZAFUL, we want the product to meet your needs and we ensure that everything runs smoothly.
These detailed in-house checks include material checks (including the quality of zippers, seams, embellishments, motifs, lining, etc.), mechanical checks (if necessary), and general quality checks. The total processing time may take between 3 and 10 business days and depends on the complexity, design, and size of the product(s) you’ve ordered. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days. Naturally, large orders take longer to process.
Please note that processing times can also be affected by stock and holidays.
Our popular items often have to be restocked. There are occasions when an item sells out quickly, so stock availability issues do arise from time to time. We do our best to prevent this, but sometimes items sell out very quickly. If there is a stock availability issue, the order can take up to 10 days to process before it is dispatched. Again, please consider this when placing your order.
Once the order is processed and shipped out, you can expect to receive it within the time specified on your preferred shipping method.
Checking Your Order Status
You may check the status of your order by logging into your ZAFUL account, hover over “My Account” and then click on “My Orders.” From there, you can click on your order number to get more information and a tracking number. You should also receive an email notification when the order has shipped.
